The Old Fire Station 30 -- refurbished by the Artesia Historical Society and City of Artesia. It is now a museum and is located at the corner of Corby Avenue and 187th Street in Artesia..
The Old Timer's Foundation provides meals for adults age 60 and over at the Artesia Senior Center located at the Albert O. Little Community Center at 18750 Clarksdale Avenue.
The Artesia Public Library was established in June 1913. It was influenced by the activities of Mr. C. L. Edgerton, principal of the Artesia School and Chairman of the Young People's Society of Artesia. It is located at 18722 S. Clarksdale Avenue.
The South Asian Network serves the community as an organization to promote the health, empowerment and solidarity of persons of South Asian origin in Southern California. It is at 18173 Pioneer Boulevard.
The Artesia Water Tower was previously owned by the Southern California Water Company and was sold to the City of Artesia in 1988. The location had a well before constructing the Water Tower. It is located at Clarkdale Avenue south of 183rd Street.
Artesia DES, Portuguese Hall.  The Artesia Divino Espiritu Santo Hall was founded in 1927 to promote the ideas and traditions of the Portuguese culture in Artesia.

Artesia became a formal community with the opening of the first Artesia School District on May 3, 1875 and opened at the corner of 183rd Street and Alburstis Avenue. There were 44 students on the first day of school.
The Artesia Community Center and Park is located at the Albert O. Little Community Center at 18750 Clarkdale Avenue.
Portugal Imports is a place for fresh baked bread and Portuguese and Brazilian Food, pastries, frozen fish, sausages, imported cheese, wines from Portugal and has served the community for over 25 years. It is at 11655 Artesia Boulevard.
Congresswoman Linda Sanchez of Artesia, representing the California 39th Congressional District that includes Artesia and Cerritos. She has served since 2003.
Postma Furniture has provided beautiful furniture to residents for generations and is located at 18615 Pioneer Boulevard.
The chrysanthemum is the city flower.
The Artesia Historical Society is located at 18644 Alburtiss.

East West Ice Palace is located at 11446 Artesia Boulevard and is known as the home of Olympics winner figure skater Michelle Kwan.
The Artesia Bell, according to the Artesia Historical Society's Veronica Bloomfield, was actually a schoolhouse bell and was inside the Artesia Grammar School in 1875. It was transferred to the Artesia Christian Church in 1910.
Little India Grill serves selected Indian and Pakistani dishes and is a cozy restaurant at 18383 Pioneer Boulevard,
